Mindful Veterans Project

Free classes in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for veterans,
service members, and their families. MBSR is a manualized, evidence-based
8-week experiential learning program teaching a set of skills
that can be used to navigate one's inner and outer life
with greater ease and happiness.

MBSR for all vets -- Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

MBSR for women vets
-- Friday evenings.

Meditation -- Monday evenings

Vet Court -- Friday afternoons

Hiking with Goats

Outdoor Adventures for Every Body. Enjoy hiking on trails near Tucson, accompanied by
a group of trained pack goats, a friendly guardian dog, and an outgoing naturalist
who is also a darned good outdoor chef. We hike with people of all abilities.
